Curve Pay Launches iPhone NFC Payment as Pay Apple Pay Option

Curve Pay App apps users to make tap-to-pay purchases without using the Apple Pay or Wallet App after the introduction of similar functionality in Germany earlier this month. This feature was made possible by Europe’s Digital Markets Act, which forced Apple to open its NFC chip for third -party developers.

Unlike traditional wallet apps, the curve salary operates as an independent payment authority instead of undergoing only the stored card data. Users can re -purchase purchases in various cards after completing transactions and adding various payment sources including PayPal accounts.

The app also offers real-time spending analytics and automatic cashback programs. Its “staging wallet” architecture also gives more control over the payment process to users than the traditional digital wallet.

Curve claims over six million users on its platform, earlier available only on Android devices. The company joins PayPal to offer an European iPhone users’ options for Apple Pay, with German cooperative banks also planning to present its NFC payment solution through its banking app in September.

NFC Access is available for banking and wallet apps in the European Economic Sector, including 27 European Union countries Plus Iceland, Lichenstein and Norway.
