Hyper light breaker of developer heart machine launched on top of the year Early access and the studio has officially announced that its first major update will be reached, below, April 29, 2025.
Regarding what is new in the update, a new breaker called Rondo will be paired into the game, which comes with a new Sycom with two allowances, a new crown, which is to run through caves, such as mavs, two new scuffle weapons, and new environment such as caves.
The rest of the major changes are significant changes in quality-life updates and run structure. In a press release, the heart machine calls it “The most important feature has been overhaul with complete reunion of the game’s run structure.,
The players will now have a life per run, losing items in their inventory and resetting overgrowth if they die. Heart machine says that this change will be easy to “adjust the team better and make the game easier But hard for master,
Along with this change, there are some new gameplay loops, which includes more ways to quit the overgrowth of players, re-designed to varna-like system after a square-like system, and sellers and players and players inventory are streamlined.
The last important aspect of the update is a better onboarding path. Once the update is live updated, the players will be thrown into a tutorial for the first time that will take them through the core mechanics of the game and explain some major aspects, which they will have to know with a hyper light breaker. Heart machine hopes that this new tutorial will be useful for the first time for players and even those who want a refresher on the basics.
