No iOS 19: Apple is going directly to iOS 26

With the upcoming plan overhaul here year, Apple plans to change the name of all its doing work systems, reports

Going in front, iOS, iPados, Macos, TVOS, Watchos, and Visionos will be identified on the reason of year instead of nice numbers; But us are not getting iOS 19, us are getting iOS 26.

Ipados 26, Macos 26, TVOS 26, Watchos 26, and Visionos 26 with iOS 26 will be with iPados 19, Macos 16, TVOS 19, Watches 12, and Visionos 3 instead of Visionos 26.

Changing the name of the doing work path will bring in stcan do to the lineup instead than owning a lot of unsame numbers, which don’t match. Also, apple is using the count of vehicles for the doing work path , and choosing the count of the upcoming year. Also, so thing will be iOS 26 instead of iOS 25 like the update will be ready in two 2025 , and 2026.

The names will reflect a new try near Apple to give more integrated designs in the doing work path on various devices; But new visionos-like plan updates are coming on iOS, iPados, Macos, TVOS , and Watchos.

Apple plans to speak the new calling plan in the Worldwide Developers Meeting. Is scheduled to start on Weekday, June 9.
