Gurman had earlier stated that iOS 19, iPados 19, and Macos 16 will have new designs, which would have added transparents for more glass appearance. Gurman had previously revealed that the new design of iOS 19 is named “Solarium”, which is a room with glass walls that allow in the sun. The codename may indicate the more transported menu and button that is expected in iOS 19 and other upcoming software updates, which will announce during the Apple WWDC 2025. The developer conference is just two weeks away with the keynote speaker to be held on Monday, June 9.

Despite the recent discussion around AI, Gurman believes that the re -designed software platforms will be “the main attraction of the show” at WWDC this year.
