In the summer of this year, Samsung plans to launch the AI Saathi Robot, an AI fellow robot, which has been working since 2020. Samsung showed the ball in CES in January 2020, demo a robot ball that can roll around, record the video, answer the voice command, and more.
Over the years, Bailey has become more capable, and is now Samsung Participation with google AI to connect features. Bailey is adopting the generic AI technique of Google Cloud, and Samsung says it will be able to engage in natural, connivance conversation, providing help at home by estimating personal needs.
Belly will be able to accommodate lighting and control smart home products, greet people at the door, learn personal programs, set reminder, and much more. In an animated video showing Bailey, the robot is asked to find an entertaining video to see a child, give styling advice, a man to wear a coat because it is cold out, and people are shown to work and do school on time.
Using Google’s Gemini AI, belly audio and voice will be able to explain the visual data from your camera, and sensor data from the environment, as well as it will be able to provide recommendations for user health and good improvement.
Samsung has not announced pricing for the ball, nor a specific launch date, but the company says it is coming in summer. Customers can Pre-register to order Bailey On the Samsung website.
