WhatsApp is testing a new option that lets you control the chat members or automatically save the media sent by you, according to it Hobb,
Referred to as “advanced chat privacy”, the new option has a togle in the recently WhatsApp beta for iOS. By turning on this, you can prevent individual users or people from exporting the entire chat history outside WhatsApp in group chats.
A group chat enables all in chat informs everyone in chat that advanced chat has been capable of privacy. WABETAINFO says that turning on the toggle also stops the meta AI, which allows users to interact with a chat bot as part of comprehensive interaction.
Advanced chat privacy feature also prevents allegedly shared media from saving people’s device camera rolls automatically, even if they have “saving all media” to you. But it is not clear that it manually prevents users from saving photos and videos.
While the option prevents complete chat history, users are still able to forward individual messages or screenshots them when the settings are enabled, so it does not provide total protection. That said, users can still complete the safety level by disappearing messages and choosing a fixed time before auto-delete.
Since this is a beta feature in the test, it is not clear whether the new advanced chat privacy facility will roll out to the general public.
Meanwhile, WhatsApp has recently launched a new feature that allows users. Include a brief music clip In their status update, which reminds me of myspace. Users can post music clips up to 15 seconds for photos and up to 60 seconds for videos. The music shared on the status is the end-to-end encrypted, so only friends can see the songs-WhatsApp can’t even see what songs users share.
