Apple has been hit with at least two and proposed class action cases on its delayed individual SIRI features for iPhones.
In America, A Complaint This week has been filed in a federal court in California that Apple has violated false advertising and unfair competition laws by marketing Apple Intelligence Upgrade for Siri that are still not available. Two nominated plains said that they would never be able to buy or were ready to pay for an iPhone 16, did they know that the marketing of Apple around the features was false and misleading.
Apple advertised Siri facilities in product presentations at his website, a TV commercial actor Bella Ramsey and other places.
Apple was already prosecuted with a delay in Siri facilities in California last month, and if they move forward, the class action cases can eventually be merged.

Apple previously previewed individual SIRI features during his WWDC 2024 Kenote in June last year, as part of a wide range of Apple Intelligence features as part of which was said that it would be rolled out during next year. It gave Apple to Rol out Siri facilities in June this June by WWDC 2025, but the company announced last month that it needs longer and to roll out the features at some points since then “in the coming year”.
The features were initially expected to be launched in iOS 18.4 last week, but now they are expected to reach some point during the iOS 19 cycle. Many well -associated apple correspondents and supervisors believe that facilities will not be available until 2026.
Whenever they launch, the Siri upgrade will include the user’s personal reference, on-screen awareness and understanding of deep per-app controls. For example, during its WWDC 2024 Keenote, Apple asked Siri about his mother’s flight and lunch reservation plans based on information from mail and message app to an iPhone user.
Class action cases in the US and Canada are demanding loss from Apple from both, in the amount proven in the test, so the members of the class to buy the iPhone 16 to use individual SIRI features may eventually receive payment from Apple, if judges presiding over each case know that the company broke the law.
Apple’s lawyers have not yet responded to any trial.
