Apple today released a new firmware update for the USB-C version of AirPods Max Headphone. The new firmware version is 7E108, the device above the former 7E101 firmware was running first.
There is no word on what is new in the firmware yet, if there is anything. It is likely that the update focuses on under-hood performance reforms.
USB-C Odairpods Maxi now supports 24-bit 48 kHz defective audio, designed to allow listeners to experience music, the way the artist made it in the studio.
The firmware can be installed by applying Maxairpods Max in the Bluetooth range of iPhone, iPad, or MAC that is connected to Wi-Fi, and then plugs in to charge them. It may take up to 30 minutes to update the firmware.
You can check your firmware version by going to Settings> Bluetooth and select the information button next to the USPODS Max when they are connected to a ciphone, ipad, or MAC.
