If you are recently experiencing issues with wireless carplays in your vehicle, it was likely to be due to a software bug that has now been fixed.
Apple released iOS 18.4.1 today, and updated release notes say “This is a rare issue that prevents wireless carplay connections in some vehicles.”
If the wireless carplay was acting for you, your iPhone should help update iOS 18.4.1.
The iOS 18.4.1 also includes other bug fixes and security updates.
To update your iPhone, open the setting app and tap on the general → software update.
