Apple confirmed that it will permanently close its retail store in the heart of Bristol, England, and there is no replacement in sight.

Apple bristle Cabot will close its doors on Saturday 9 August due to redevelopment plans at the circus shopping center and redevelopment plans at adjacent bristling quarters. Next to redevelopment, the shopping sector has faced an increase in vacancy rate. A few years ago, Cabot Circus lost a large movie theater.
In a statement shared with MarastersApple said that the stores affected by the closure of the store would be able to continue their roles in the company.
“In Apple, we always focus on providing an extraordinary experience for all our customers,” Apple said. “Due to the redevelopment plans at the Cabot Circus Shopping Center, which involves the closure of the section where our store is located, Apple Bristol will close on August 9, 2025. We have served the Bristol community for more than 15 years, and our valuable team members will continue their roles in Apple.”
Apple Bristol was first opened in 2008, in which Apple was already known as Cabot Circus. There was still a classic design in a two-mankil shop which was due to a facelift. The lower level serves as a product sales area, while the upper level talent for bar appointments and today provides space in apple creative sessions.
The company has two other stores in the surrounding areas, including apples Cribs Coseway on the outskirts of the Bristol and apple Southgate in the bath.
Apple is permanently closing its store in a dying mall in the Chicago suburb of Northbrook later this month, and it had permanently closed its infinite loops and Royal Hawaiian shops last year. On the other hand, Apple continues to open new stores, which includes a single Miami WorldSenter, and the other is soon coming to the city of Detroit.
