The popular game Fortnite is once again available in the US App Store, as Apple has eventually approved the app submission of Epic Games. This is the first time that IOS Opport Store has been at Fortnite 2020.

Apple did not initially plan to return to the Fortnite to the AAPP store, but yesterday, the judge, who took care of the legal battle between the two companies, suggested that Apple and OPEPIC GAMES are excluding the things of the work or face longer in court. The judge threatened the requirement of the Apple officer who looks at the app’s decision to appear in a person in court, apparently to motivate Apple to allow Apple back to the game on AAPP STORE.

Fortnite is available in the United States from iOS AAPP Store, and the EPIC Games in the European Union from the alternative app marketplace. It is not available at AAPP Store in other countries. The American version of Fortnite includes an option to buy an in-app currency using the Inepic Games website for players, which has no in-app purchases.

Apple initially planned to prevent Fortnite from returning to the AApp store until the legal dispute was completely resolved. So far, the Apple is appealing to the court’s decision that has forced it to change its US AAPP Store rules to allow developers to link customers to buy options available outside the AAPP Store.
