Apple today clarified that it has not blocked the epic game by updating the iOS Fortnite app in the European Union, but it is not planning to allow Fortnite to offer Fortnite in the United State App Store at the present time.

In a statement BloombergApple said that APIPIC GAMESU presented its US ofApp Store for updating, which was also being presented for the EPIC Games Store for iOS in the European Union. Apple asked APIC Games to resume the update without the US component.

We asked that the app re -updates the app update without including the US Storefront of the Sweden App Store so that Fortnight is not affected in other geographicals. We did not take any action to remove the live version of Fortnite from alternative distribution markets in EC.

This morning, EPIC Games claimed that Apple blocked its Fortnite submissions worldwide. “Apple blocked our Fortnite submission, so we cannot release the US AAPP Store or IOS in the European Union on the OPIC Games Store,” Executive Games saidThe company claimed that Fortnite on iOS “will be offline worldwide until Apple unblock it.”

Given the clarification of Apple, it seems that ICEPIC Games of have decided to take Fortnite offline in the European Union instead of submitting an update that does not include Fortnite for US AAPP STORE. By tying up the update together and suggesting that Apple is denying the distribution of Fortnite worldwide, the APIC GAMES can rally MPs and customers to push the “Block” Fortnite’s effort in the US.

Fortnite receives weekly updates, and updates need to go out for all platforms at the same time. Apple did not remove the Fortnite from the iS iOS icepic Games, Store in the European Union, but by denying the Fortnite submission, the European Union version of the game will not get timely updates. The ‌Pic Games can remove the US AAPP Store version of Fortnite from its app submission to update the European Union version and keep it functional, but it is not yet clear that EPIC is planning to do so.

Fortnite has been banned from US AApp Store since 2020, and does not have a legitimate American developer account in Andepic Games. Last year, to distribute Fortnite in the European Union using an alternative app marketplace, the ICepic Games created an assistant, OPEPIC Games Sweden. Because there is no American developer account of APIC Games, the company used Fortepic Games Sweden, which was to present the Fortnite in the US AAPP Store.

In Epic Games vs. Apple’s trial, Apple was not forced to allow Fortnite to return to the AAPP store at any point, and it was clarified that Apple did not have the obligation to distribute Fortnite.

Tim Sweeny, CEO of ‌Pic Games, said that he would be “very surprised” if Apple decided to brave the geopolitical storm to block a major app from iOS, but the reality is that Fortnite is not available through iPhone and IPAD CHEP StORE for the last five years.

Apple was recently ordered to change its AAPP STOREO rules so that developers could be allowed to direct the developers to buy options outside the AApp Store in the US, which is why the icepic Games thought that this Fortnite will be able to bring back to the Us Us. There is nothing in order that changes the situation with Fortnite.
