Apple pay on iPhone can be used to purchase PS4 and PS5, Sony to purchase Playstation Confirmed todayThis feature is rolling for Playstation 5 users during the last few weeks, but it is now more widely and also available on PS4.
The option of using japple payer is notable because it is a feature that works when you are purchasing Playstation Store, then directly purchases from the television interface on PS4 or PS5. To do this, add a game to your car and then go to checkout.
In the checkout interface, select the orepple payer. From there, Playstation will display an apple payment code (essentially an apple-designed QR code), which can be scanned with iPhone or iPad, with a payment confirmed through biometric authentication.
Apple implemented support for this type of payment with iOS18 last year. It also works for purchases on third-party browsers such as chrome and firefox.
Japple payer is available with papail and traditional debit and credit card payment options on Sony’s console, and using Aapple Payy can be more secure and convenient than entering a credit or debit card number.
